Gelagat Dan Harapan




“ Seringkali kita dengar rungutan  tetang gelagat negatif penjawat awam ketika menjalankan tugas perkhidmatan kepada orang ramai.”
Ramai penjawat awam yang berkata: Kerja memang berat, bosan, susah, penat, stress.
 Semuanya negatif.
 Dan orang ramai pula terlalu mendesak dan tidak faham tugas penjawat awam.
Benarkah begitu?
Ramai yang rasa tak seronok bekerja. Tak puashati dengan  bidang pekerjaan mereka. Apakah kerana kerja memang semakin susah atau ada sebab-sebab lain?
Barangkali, kita sendiri yang jadi penyebab seronok dan tak seronoknya kerja kita.
Atau barangkali kita tidak bekerja dengan sebaik-baiknya kerana kita tidak suka akan kerja yang kita buat. Sebab itu kita jadi stress.
 Mungkin juga kita tak  nampak bahagian-bahagian positif kerja kita itu. Kita nampak yang negatifnya saja.
Sebenarnya kita sendirilah yang jadikan diri kita seronok atau tidak seonok bekerja. Ini barangkalai menentukan bagus atau tak bagusnya tugas yang kita buat.   

Apa sebenarnya yang kita harapkan bila   menjawat seseuatu jawatan?  Apa maknanya kerja yang kita lakukan  itu?

 Mungkin yang diharapkan:

1.    Gaji lebih tinggi
2.    Tugas yang menyeronokkan
3.    Suasana kerja yang lebih ceria
4.    Merangsang pemikiran
5.    Kepelbagaian  tugas yang bukan rutin
6.    Bos yang bertimbangrasa
7.    Waktu bertugas yang lebih fleksibel
8.    Bebas bekerja mengikut cara sendiri
9.    Kerja yang berprestij
10.  Faedah dan ganjaran tambahan
11.  Peluang kenaikan pangkat
12.  Tugasan penting dan bermanfaat
13.  Kursus kemahiran yang sesuai
14.  Tugas yang sesuai dengan kebolehan sendiri
15.  Tempat tugas yang memungkinkan bertemu jodoh 



Apakah itu sahaja yang diharapkan? Apakaah jika harapan-harapan itu dapat dipenuhi, maka kita akan
seronok bekerja dan hasil kerja kita lebih baik?

Harapan yang ke-15 itu mungkin agak keterlaluan!

Apapun harapannya, anggaplah kerja sebagai satu amanah, satu ibadah:

Bersyukurlah kerana kita mempunyai pekerjaan! Ramai yang telah kehilangan pekerjaan. Malah  lebih ramai yang terus menganggur.

Silap Mudah Maaf Payah



Orang kata, buat silap memang mudah, tetapi minta maaf memang susah.
Sebenarnya, tidaklah susah untuk memohon maaf. Boleh dicuba, begini:-
 Ikhlas :

Orang dapat tahu kalau kita tidak ikhlas. Banyak buruk daripada baiknya. Mohon maaf dengan ikhlas itu satu tanggungjawab dan memberi kebaikan.


Mohonlah maaf dengan ikhlas, tidak disertai dengan sebarang syarat, “tiada udang di sebalik batu”.


2. Jangan cuba “menegakkan benang basah” ketika memohon maaf:

Jangan sibuk menjelaskan kenapa dan apa yang hendak dilakukan. Kesannya kelihatan tidak seperi ingin memohon maaf. Seperti tidak bersedia untuk melaksanakan tanggungjawab itu.


Kata-kata yang tepat, ringkas dan padat lebih mudah difahami. Penerangan yang berjela-jela akan mencetuskan halangan dan gangguan.


3. Beriltizam untuk berubah :

Jika diri kita tidak pasti untuk mengubah sikap, maknanya kita tidaklah bersungguh-sungguh untuk memohon maaf.


Jangan sekadar “melepaskan batuk di tangga”. Misalnya, jika kita tidak komited mengubah sikap yang selalu lewat sampai ke tempat bertugas, janganlah berkata “Maaf kerana saya datang lewat”. Ini akan menjadi “cakap tak serupa bikin” dalam proses memohon maaf.


Sepatutnya berterima kasihlah kepada orang yang menegur kelewatan kita hadir itu. Mulakan dengan: “Terima kasih kerana mengingatkan saya supaya tidak lewat sampai ke tempat kerja. Saya hargai teguran itu”. Kemudian, mohon maaflah.


4. Nyatakanlah kemaafan itu secara berhati-hati :

Pastikan orang tidak keliru kenapa mohon maaf itu perlu kita lakukan.


Contoh dua cara menyatakan kemaafan yang amat berbeza kesannya: 1) “Kebetulan saya lalu di sini, jadi saya singgahlah nak minta maaf”, dan 2) “Sengaja saya datang ke sini untuk memohon maaf kerana saya mengambil berat tentang peraturan yang ditetapkan”.



Jangan “seperti talam dua muka” atau berpura-pura.


Jika kita memang mahu mengubah sikap dan ingin mematuhi segala peraturan kerja, tentulah akan menggembirakan semua pihak.


5. Bersedialah menghadapi kemungkinan reaksi yang tidak diduga :
Meskipun kadang-kadang permohonon maaf itu diterima dengan senang hati, namun tidak semua orang bersikap begini.


Kadang-kadang orang bertindak dengan cara yang berbeza, ada yang selamba, ada yang tersenyum sinis. “Rambut sama hitam, hati lain-lain”.


Tidak mengapa. Itu semua di luar kawalan kita. Kita sudah memohon maaf. Sudah kita laksanakan tanggungjawab itu sebaik-baiknya.


Mungkin dia akan menerimanya ketika itu, kemudian nanti, atau tidak mahu menerimanya langsung. Tidak kiralah apapun, permohonan maaf itu sudah kita laksanakan.

Selebihnya terpulanglah kepada mereka.

TAK BIMBANGLAH!


TAK BIMBANGLAH!

1. Bimbang? Apa yang dibimbangkan?

2. Secara semulajadi, perempuan lebih bimbang daripada lelaki.

3. Kadang-kadang orang bimbang sampai hilang akal.

4. Melampau sangatlah bimbangnya tu.

5. Kalau bimbang sangat, tukarkan bimbang yang negatif tu. Jadikan positif. Eh senangnya cakap!

6. Bukan semua rasa bimbang tu tak bagus. Rasa bimbang boleh jadi semacam “amaran awal tsunami”.

7. Kadang-kadang semua perkara tentang orang lain pun kita nak bimbang juga. Perempuan terutamanya, 2 kali lebih bimbang daripada orang lelaki. Ini tak elok utk kesihatan diri.

8. Kongsilah rasa bimbang tu. Separuh masaalah akan hilang kalau kita kongsi dengan orang lain yang kita percaya.

9. Lebih baik kalau kita dapat maklumat jelas. Kalau berkaitan kerja, dapatkan daripada orang yg ahli dalam bidang tu. Kalau bimbang tentang kesihatan, dapatkan maklumat daripad doktor lah!

10. Kalau segalanya terurus, mungkin rasa bimbang tu kurang. Bimbang tugasan tak siap? Uruslah sebaik mungkin. Beban tugas? kalau boleh delegate, agihkanlah.

11. Percaya tak, bersenam dan beriadah tu boleh hilangkan bimbang. Sibukkan diri dengan aktiviti riadah. Badan letih, wah seronoknya tidur. Bangun tidur, mungkin lebih relax dan rasa bimbang pun dah kurang.

12. Percaya tak, bimbang boleh bentuk pola fikiran negatif! Kena positiflah! Mindset biar positif selalu. Nanti rasa lebih sihat tau.

13. Macam nilah. Ambil sebiji gelas. Isi air, penuh. Kemudian curah hingga tinggal separuh. (Anggaplah separuh kebimbangan tu dah dapat buang!).Lepas tu cuba tengok gelas tu. Tinggal separuh. Cuba tanya diri sendiri. Gelas tu separuh kosong ke, separuh penuh? Itu boleh tentukan pola fikiran kita. Eh apa bendanya ni. Ala, cuba dulu.

14. Kalau lebih rasional kan bagus. Cuba rekodkan, apa benda yang bimbang sangat tu. Nanti check balik. Percayalah, tak semua yang kita bimbang tu akan berlaku. Hanya dalam fikiran kita saja!

15. Kalu tak boleh juga camne? Masih juga bimbang?. Macam2 dah buat. Berdoa pun sudah. Tak mahu hilang juga !. Ntahlah. Jangan bimbang… gantikan perkataan bimbang tu dengan perkataan khuatir, dan baca balik posting mantan ni! Sambil tu, jangan bimbang ye….
